Dear Customer
We have produced this information sheet for those of you feel confident

| Firstly remove the staff bead (A) from either side of the window box. This allows for the sash (B) to be removed. Cut sash cord as close to sash as possible, still holding cord.
Tie knot in cord and allow up to pulley.
Do this to both cords on first sash now remove putting bead (C), Prize out gently as it is rebated into the box frame, remove the upper sash (D) in the same manner as sash (B).
|
By tieing the knots in the sash cords, this has allowed the weights (E)
to hang near the bottom of the box.
Prizes open the box traps (G), exposing
weights (E).
Release sash knots at pulley.
Remove weight, pull forward
tongue (F) and remove weight (E). Repeat on opposite side of box. Be aware of which
